WhiteHat Security is headquartered in the Silicon Valley (Santa Clara) and also has a key technical team in Houston, Texas.

The Human Resources Manager will lead all day-to-day HR programs and systems ranging from benefits, HRIS, employee relations, onboarding and training to strategic projects and initiatives designed to scale the company. This is a generalist role that requires deep expertise in the full range of HR disciplines as well as a highly adaptive approach to leading a fast-growing organization through change. Reporting to the V.P. of Human Resources, the HR Manager will play a key role in building the HR infrastructure and introducing exciting new people programs to the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage systems implementation of new HRIS
• Manage al benefit plans and programs, including benefit enrollment, ongoing employee assistance and changes. Act as liaison between carriers and employees. Manage broker services and communications of legal notices. Coordinates open enrollment and process all changes.
• Ensure all new hires are onboarding effectively; handle all exiting employees as well.
• Administer Harassment Prevention training program
• Manage 401k enrollments, rollovers, withdrawals and changes. Act as liaison between broker and employees. Ensure compliance and legal requirements are communicated.
• Administer Employee Stock program – new hire and ongoing grants, employee exercise request, track grants and secure approvals.
• Develop and manage reports on staffing, turnover and other key HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Help design and lead communication of HR policies and processes.
• Develop and maintain affirmative action program; files EEO-1 annually; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations
• Provide coaching and direction to department managers on employee relations and organizational matters.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, OD, Business or related field
• Ten (10) years Human Resources leadership experience
• Previous experience leading systems implementations
• Exceptional communication skills
• Outstanding ability to build relationships
• Experience in high growth, early stage organizations a plus
• Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• PHR certification desired but not required.
