We are looking for a self-starting, metrics-obsessed lead gen/demand gen professional to architect, build and scale our lead gen 'machine' from the ground up. If you've got the chops and ambition, this is a unique opportunity to have tremendous impact.
Responsibilities:
* Map out diverse plan for lead generation in alignment with overall marketing goals and sales objectives. Efforts include SEO/SEM, online ads, content-driven programs, webinars, email, direct, shows and more
* Build operational flow for inbound and outbound leads for automated as well as manual follow up, prioritization and scoring
* Own tools for operating key lead generation campaigns - SFDC, Analytics, Marketing Automation, Webinar, email, etc
* Measure, measure, measure. Devise metrics plan for tracking relevant leads, develop lead-gen dashboard
Requirements:
* 7-10 years professional experience with at least 5 years in lead generation specific-roles
* Experience in supporting Inside Sales Team as well as Direct Field Reps in B-to-B environment. High-tech, enterprise Software highly preferred
* Familiarity with SaaS-based lead-flow models including self sign-up, trial versions and up-sell
* Understand well how newer marketing techniques - social media, growth-hacking, community - integrate into lead generation
* High level of expertise in industry-leading tools and technologies: SFDC, Marketo/Eloqua/Hubspot, Google Analytics etc
* You are willing to take risks and thrive in environments where given the room (and responsibility) to accomplish wonderful things with that freedom
* Ability to quote verbatim "that scene" from Glengarry Glen Ross a plus
