We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to lead RMA and Repairs.
The RMA/Repair Manager will play a key role in the RMA and Repair organizations providing daily guidance to the RMA-Admin, RMA-Receiving, and Repair teams for delivering the Global RMA (Return Material Authorization) logistics services.
The manager will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operation of teams to be efficient and effective including establishing and meeting Atlona's RMA/Repair Service Level Agreements and providing training and mentoring of staff members on process and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Setup and established SLA to meet customers' RMA requirements
• Using correct set of KPIs to drive service quality
• Lead the daily operations of RMA-Admin, Receiving, and Repair Teams in processing returned product and assist with prioritization
• Manage scheduling of teams and prepare / provide workload
• Ensure processes are well documented and kept up-to-date
• Process product returns and conduct product failure analysis
• Assist the Finance department on credit memo, refund processing
• Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless processes and adherence to policies (Customer Service, TAC, Engineering, Operations, Finance, MKT, and IT)
• Monitor, develop and implement process and system changes that result in better process control, performance, and quality
• Review repair data and have strong understanding of root causes and drivers behind customer returns which can be utilized by QSM to drive product quality
As the RMA/Repair Manager, it is important to appreciate global market with cultural differences and to understand customers' needs and how to deliver services according to those needs. You must have experience from business and services in a global, high technology market. The position will require some traveling.
Education, Skills & Experience
• Bachelor degree in EE or proven related experience
• 3+ years of experience as RMA or Repair Manager
• Understanding and adherence to RMA/Repair operations best practices are a must
• Must work well in an fast-paced environment with dynamic requirements and priorities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution
• Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary
• Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite is a plus
• Return or warranty administration experience for a hardware vendor would be useful
• Organizational and problem solving skills are required
• AV/CTS background is a PLUS
