Wieson America is looking for a Business Development Manager located in San Jose, California. The qualified candidate will responsible for develop and maintain Wieson's first tier IT customers.
Responsibility
* Win component design projects in Customer new RFQ
* Maintain sales territory and price cost, and portfolio analysis
* Conduct customer development strategy
* Coordinate Project with PM, RD, Production and ensure commitment for customers
* Conduct regular customer visit (Domestic and internationally)
Qualifications:
* Bilingual in Chinese and English
* 2+ years experience with new business development and sales territory management, preferably in Home Automation, or electronics component background
* Solid analytical and problem solving ability
* Proficient with researching and compiling sales/marketing data and reports (price cost, and portfolio analysis)
* Ability to work within a fast paced, multinational environment; multi-tasked, detailed and deadline oriented;
* Self-motivated; team and results oriented; Willing to learn
* Experience working with remote personnel and manufacturing facilities located in Taiwan and China
* Excellent communications and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese
* Microsoft office proficiency
* Domestic and international travel required(Less than 25%)
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
