Position Summary<br /><br /> As Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of the Media Strategy and Relationship Marketing (RM) team that is responsible for generating consideration and demand. You will serve as the global lead for defining RM programs that result in long-term, profitable customer relationships. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating revenue from new prospects and upselling existing customers through the use advanced modeling, the use of database intelligence and segmentation, targeted communications, and extensive testing and optimization.<br /><br /> Duties<br /><br /> • Understand the global business objectives and marketing strategies and goals across the marketing funnel<br /><br /> • Develop RM acquisition and retention marketing plans that align to business goals and audience objectives and manage the execution of these programs<br /><br /> • Develop global recommendations, targeting and segmentation strategies, creative direction, and messaging strategies <br /><br /> • Provide management and support for an RM Program Manager, who leads email program implementation<br /><br /> • Establish funding requirements and secure budget in annual and quarterly planning process as well as determine incremental funding opportunities<br /><br /> • Provide strategic leadership during the creative process and program implementation to ensure that program implementation supports strategy<br /><br /> • Actively engage with regional teams to define regional plans and requirements<br /><br /> • Analyze audience data to identify opportunities, and establish and optimize audience objectives<br /><br /> • Define success metrics and reporting requirements for annual audience goals, as well as program optimization and performance<br /><br /> • Assess and communicate program results and insights working with analytics team <br /><br /> • Work with media teams to drive cross media testing plans and continuously improve performance and deliver actionable findings to improve customer acquisition, conversion, loyalty and profitability <br /><br /> Requirements<br /><br /> • Experienced web marketer, with track record on relationship marketing practices, measurement, and optimization in a SAAS environment<br /><br /> • Strong knowledge of database marketing and strategy; proven experience working with a data team to support marketing strategies<br /><br /> • Exposure to web-analytics tools, and experience applying web-analytics insights to marketing programs and strategies<br /><br /> • Strong business analytical and excellent communication skills a must<br /><br /> • Passion for creative technology and audience segments<br /><br /> • Excellent partnering capabilities. Must thrive on teamwork and overcoming collective obstacles in a matrixed, international environment<br /><br /> • Exposure to operational set up and deployment of emails a plus<br /><br /> • Understanding and/or experience of online advertising and search strategies desirable<br /><br /> • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
