Description:
We are looking for a self-starting, senior-level Program Manager to manage end to end release activity. Candidates should have a proven successful track record and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and have exceptional leadership skills.
Key Qualifications:
• 5-10 years relevant experience
• 3-5 years direct experience working with Agile PLM desired
• Strong Project Management, system implementation and change management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
• Innovative and strategic approach to problem solving
• Ability to multitask and balance daily activities with larger project deadlines
• Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Keynote, Program Management tracking tools
• Expert in writing requirements, test plans and test scripts
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams
• Contribute to the quality strategy of the product we support with an ability to see around corners to get ahead of problems
Major Responsibilities:
• Manage product backlog/scope
• Mitigate risk
• Attend weekly meetings and daily scrum meetings
• Schedule and facilitate requirements workshops with cross functional business teams
• Define and document business requirements
• Create user acceptance test plan and individual scripts
• Coordinate UAT resource and execution
• Provide training and training documentation
• Manage communications
