Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a Digital Web Marketing Coordinator to work locally in our clients' San Jose office and report to the Senior Director, Web Marketing and Operations on the Corporate Marketing team. This position ensures the delivery of a variety of digital and web marketing deliverables supporting the key initiatives that power our clients' overall marketing success.
The position will be a project management and coordination role in the digital marketing area (web, marketing automation.) The Coordinator will not execute the campaigns/programs, but will own the successful and timely delivery of these projects. The Coordinator needs to be very detail oriented and help to create project plans and drive those plans to completion working with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal consultant is nimble and operates well in a shifting environment with some degree of ambiguity.
Responsibilities:
Ensure delivery of all assigned projects including marketing automation and core digital marketing deliverables
Serve as a single point of accountability for a range of project delivery and support services
Continually improve the processes and costs of delivery
Work with central marketing team to track, report, analyze, and escalate day-to-day execution of work
Skills:
3+ years of marketing project management experience
Possesses solid understanding of the level of effort needed to perform standard digital marketing tasks, be process oriented and comfortable with applying diplomatic pressure to meet deadlines
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Self-directed, able to juggle multiple projects at once, high attention to detail/organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
Pay:
D.O.E., as a w2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
Location:
Onsite at client offices in San Jose, CA. No phone calls, please.
Hours/duration:
Full time consulting during standard business hours, ASAP – September 2016, possibility of extension.
