Channel Impact is seeking a full time Commerical Sales Associate (CSA) Program Manager, to help our technology client grow partner driven revenues. In this role you will be working side-by-side with the client's Distribution and SP Leadership and their Distribution SP Partners. This role will focus on achieving the following objectives within the Latin America Territory:
1) Drive incremental revenue growth of the client's Product sales
2) Increase Reseller coverage and mindshare
3) Create incremental sales coverage in targeted cities
4) Increase the client's opportunity and wallet share in underserved geographies and within the Reseller community
5) Increase activation within the client's Channel Partner Program to increase the number of active Resellers
6) Drive increased productivity
7) Drive awareness and excitement regarding the clients Small Business products, programs and promotions
This is a W2 opportunity with Channel Impact.
What you will be doing:
- Providing Program management services to the Client's field sales team of Commercial Sales Associates ("CSAs"), provided via a third party company, in support of the Distribution Partner, to meet the milestones and other requirements established under the Program.
- Growing the Client's wallet share of their existing Resellers and service provider partners by increasing partner awareness of and loyalty to the Client's solutions as it relates to their products.
- Driving Reseller and/or partner activation in designated Territory.
- Driving growth in the Client's distribution of the client's mid-market product lines through focus partners and/or Resellers.
- Working closely with the Client's distribution and service provider channels teams to maximize distribution and service provider relationships.
- Ensuring that the CSA team is closely aligned with Client and the Client's distribution sales teams to drive as much revenue as possible.
- Ensure alignment of the CSA team's efforts with the local sales managers to achieve the overall sales targets of the Client.
- Nurture and enhance collaboration between CSA and Client's internal support organizations: Sales, Marketing, and Systems Engineer teams.
- Metrics - Take responsibility for achieving the program performance metrics
Skill Sets:
BS/BA or equivalent with 7+ years related sales industry experience
Experience working with a national Distributor such as Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Westcon, etc. is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Ability to understand the basics of our client's network solutions
Be mentored to improve effectiveness in role
Provide coaching to others inside and outside of organization
Ability to leverage and promote people's strengths and minimize weaknesses
Team player, willing to go the extra mile when needed
Self-motivated, resourceful, takes initiative
Consistent follow-through on projects
Very organized and detail oriented
Proven ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMP or PM Certification is a plus
Must be an aggressive self-starter with ability articulate Cisco product and business strategies, and help create the demand to close deals.
Strong relationship management skills
Offers up new ideas on how to improve sales and build mindshare on the sales floor.
Demonstrates competence in variety of selling techniques.
Ability to lead, mentor and train other CSAs
Works independently and is proactive in resolving problems.
Strong knowledge of marketing and sales enablement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
