POSITION SUMMARY

 

Responsible for designing and illustrating packaging and collateral.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

•              Create new designs as well as update old ones

•              Work on packages and collateral; including sell sheets, brochures and the annual wholesale catalog

•              Able to think of original concepts and do quick sketch presentations as well as tighter comps

•              Illustration where appropriate

•              Produce in-house photography for printed materials and web

•              Assist with marketing/packaging research

•              Perform production for final printing and proof printing process through to press checks

•              Design collateral for trade shows and events including invitations, name tags, emails, brochures, promotional items and large format banners

•              Create mockups of products to support the sales team

•              Design promotional email, social media and webinar blasts as needed

•              Assist in special projects

•              Perform any other duties as assigned.

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

 

•              BA in Graphic Design including courses such as typography, packaging, computer, printing

•              2 years of minimum experience in design firm or as in-house designer

•              Working knowledge of all current Adobe CS programs and photography

•              Retouching skills required

•              Must have knowledge of the printing process and be able to manage press checks solo

•              Have a good eye for color, working knowledge of Pantone color system

•             Be able to design with budgets and deadlines in mind.

Crawford Group is looking for a Partner Marketing Communications Consultant to support marketing and communications project management and execution for global partner programs. Experience executing a broad set of online and offline marketing communications tactics and project management of multiple deliverables against a required timeline and within a fixed budget.

The Partner MarCom Consultant will be an energetic marketing communications project manager who will be responsible for the execution and delivery of campaign assets, source documentation for generating content, and the communications planning to support partner sales effectiveness. Specific Responsibilities:

Develop "trusted partner" relationship with Product Marketing/Marketing Programs teams

Synthesize internal messages from multiple sources and make relevant for partner audiences

Plan and track all programs, as well as launch related assets and deliverables

Manage the work of external vendors when necessary

Manage Success Metrics: Establish measurable goals and objectives for deliverables and report out on overall success of partner sales play

Skills:

7+ years' experience executing against partner marketing and/or communications strategies

Project management skills

Experience with marketing communications to partners strongly preferred

Familiarity with networking technology and industry. Prior Cisco experience required.

Proven success working on cross-functional, cross-cultural and virtual teams

Experience creating and delivering marketing communications deliverables

Experience with marketing asset/content production required

Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and work with corporate review teams to ensure brand compliance

Excellent project/external vendor management, time management and prioritization skills

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; WebEx and Smartsheet knowledge a plus

BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field

Role
 
The CRM director will interact with business stakeholders and product managers to understand the business needs, be the point person in driving the company's transformation to a customer-centric organization leading the technical delivery of CRM related software projects.
 
The individual must have a strong CRM business process background, deep hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, mature communication and influencing skills and a track record of building strong team of architects, business analysts and developers.

Responsibilities :

·        Balance the needs of the platform (performance, scalability, cost, data integrity) with the requests of the business (new functionality, speed to market, integrations) during roadmap planning and while architecting and designing solutions.
·        Collaborate with the Product Owners to plan and execute projects, ensure that development teams have the appropriate functional and technical specifications, direction and resources to deliver projects effectively.
·        Define, communicate, and manage an agile change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications.
·        Develop and manage the CRM system to ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, data security and compliance for customer data across enterprise systems.
·        Provide leadership and guidance to coach and inspire team members to their optimum performance and career growth.
·        Formulate and communicate the CRM product vision in coordination with product management, architects, engineers and vendors.
·        Identify opportunities to increase customer acquisition, conversion and retention by delivering value at each stage of the journey.
·        Perform all 3rd party price negotiation and SOW development regarding initiatives requiring such services.
·        Work with QA to define automation and testing strategy and ensure high quality deliverables
·        Identify and manage project risks and communicate to all stakeholders.
·        Coordinate release and sprint planning.
·        Manage budget.
 
Requirements :
·        In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application, coupled with a good understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.).
·        Expert in all facets of agile Software Development Life Cycle and ability to apply those principles to development and deployment across multiple Salesforce environments.
·        Advanced Salesforce.com user and administrator skills (including using permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views, and page layouts).
·        10+ years of experience with technical implementation of CRM projects, with at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce.com implementation.
·        Salesforce.com 201 and 401 certifications are desirable.
·        8+ years of experience as a Technical Manager.
·        Experience in-house and hosted systems.
·        BS or MS in CS or equivalent background.

·        Experience meeting and presenting to CxO, VP and Director levels and communicating with both technical and non-technical personnel.
·        Demonstrated ability to build and manage strong teams and promote a cooperative work environment.
·        Energetic team player who works well with others, readily adapts to change and enjoys rapid development.

·        Self-directed, willingness to take initiative, make decisions and resolve issues.
·        Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

Job Description

This role reports to the Director of Platform Client Solutions and is responsible for creating, nurturing and expanding relationships with Nielsen current customers which include DSP's, ad networks, SSP's, DMP's, Video Networks and other Ad tech/media providers.
