Opus 1 Music Studio (www.musicopus1.com) is looking for new full time admin-customer service staff member(s) for our Mountain View and Palo Alto Music Studios.
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, customer service-oriented, and computer literate individual to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide EXCELLENT customer service (phone, email, walk-ins)
- Enroll, schedule, and reschedule new current students
- Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries
- Enforce the school policy
- Ensure the studios are kept clean and organized
- Handle general day-to-day office duties as needed
MUST HAVE:
- Weekend availability
- Evening availability
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience managing complex schedules
- Experience with online scheduling tools and office computer software (MS word, excel)
- Be comfortable multi-tasking
- Have a strong work ethic and be highly responsible
- Excellent verbal and written expression (English)
PLUSES:
- Experience working with Front Desk scheduling application
- Experience with creating graphics for online and printed materials
- Experience with music programs and education
- Experience with early childhood education
- Online Marketing, Social Media, Web
- Experience organizing events
