Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a fully remote Global Partner Marketing Programs Consultant to support marketing and communications project management and execution for global partner programs. Experience executing a broad set of online and offline marketing communications tactics and project management of multiple deliverables against a required timeline and within a fixed budget.
The successful candidate is masterful in tactical execution , is self-directed/governing, organized and detail oriented. Seeking a consultant who likes to have fun while delivering results in a fast paced virtual team setting, who has a sense of humor and a transparent communications style. Must have the ability to work well on multiple, concurrent projects. Must have prior experience working for Cisco Systems (either directly or as a consultant) in order to be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Global Partner Marketing Program Manager on establishing the project plan and execution strategy
Review, edit and deliver content that supports the communications plan, including web updates, web page creation, content creation for social media and newsletters, video production, collateral creation (e.g. overview presentations in PowerPoint, two-page program overview documents, FAQs)
Ensure all content and communications are written in clear, simple, actionable language keeping the partner in mind at all times
Collaborate with internal teams (Web, Brand, Social Media, etc.) to execute program plans
Execute against the defined marketing and communications strategy (roll out plans)
Project manage content review cycles, web updates and asset creation
Deliver projects on time and within budget
Skills:
3-7 years' experience executing against partner marketing and/or communications strategies
Experience with marketing communications to partners strongly preferred
Familiarity with networking technology and industry. Prior Cisco experience required.
Proven success working on cross-functional, cross-cultural and virtual teams
Experience creating and delivering marketing communications deliverables
Experience with marketing asset/content production required
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and work with corporate review teams to ensure brand compliance
Excellent project/external vendor management, time management and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; WebEx and Smartsheet knowledge a plus
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
RATE:
D.O.E. as a W-2 employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)
LOCATION:
Fully offsite/virtual/remote/WFH/telecommute.
