[KITlist] Director of Non-Profit | Steinway Society (Silicon Valley, CA)

Director of a Non-Profit, 

A local Arts organization is looking for a part time director. We produce 8 concerts a year and bring music into local schools. We are looking for someone knowledgeable about the Arts Culture in Silicon Valley. We need someone to manage the organization and report to the Board of Directors, which is a fully volunteer Board.

The position would have the following responsibilities.

1. Be responsible for the box Office for the 8 concerts.

2. Co-ordinate the other consultants in the work needed to operate the Non Profit.

3. Actively look for additional Board Members.

4. Attend Board meetings

5. Find Corporate Sponsors for the organization.

6. Work on projects assigned by the Board

This is a consultant position and is part time. Hours per week will vary from 10 to 20 hours per week.
