We are looking for a Demand Generation Director for a SaaS start up, with a life science industry solution. The Demand Generation Director will be responsible for the development of marketing strategy, and the end to end execution of nurture campaigns, webinars, events other marketing programs, employing Account Based Marketing strategies. Metrics reporting and continuous improvement to marketing efforts are required. Management of a team of 2.
This is a 40 hrs/week, 3 month contract to perm role in Redwood City, CA (walking distance from train station). This is as a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and report on on-and-offline demand generation and revenue creation campaigns
• Define target market accounts and buyer titles. Investigate and make recommendations for various list purchases/rentals.
• Design, test and execute a portfolio of campaigns with marketing automation. Integrate email, nurture, SEO, 3rd party events, PR, website, social, advertising.
• Manage and execute 4 trade Shows/events annually.
• Reporting: Establish and report on all top of funnel campaign metrics, closed loop reporting and ROI. Measure and monitor sales funnel activity to ensure predictable pipeline building. Apply response analysis and best practices to optimize all aspects of demand gen and revenue creation
• Infrastructure: Manage Salesforce.com, un-subscribes/opt-outs, and list purchases. Work with internal/external resources to manage and optimize website and web traffic. Manage marketing automation system (Marketo) with the help from internal/external resources.
• Partner Marketing: Work closely with Business Development to ensure that we maximize the number of leads we generate from CRO and Business Consulting partners - with joint campaigns and collateral.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with a SaaS/enterprise software company
• Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing automation, Account Based Marketing, demand generation, and rules-based lead nurturing
• Demonstrated proficiency with multiple formats of demand generation - email, website, PPC, SEO, Social, direct mail, telemarketing, and PR
• Experience with database management functions, including list management, cleansing, de-duplication, data validation, segmentation, tagging, custom report creation and import/export of CRM data
• Experience with targeting, segmenting and profiling of prospects and customers
• Bachelors degree
