Crawford Group is looking for a Partner Marketing Communications Consultant to support marketing and communications project management and execution for global partner programs. Experience executing a broad set of online and offline marketing communications tactics and project management of multiple deliverables against a required timeline and within a fixed budget.
The Partner MarCom Consultant will be an energetic marketing communications project manager who will be responsible for the execution and delivery of campaign assets, source documentation for generating content, and the communications planning to support partner sales effectiveness. This person will work collaboratively with team members to ensure the execution of global integrated go-to-market materials and programs that aligns to key business priorities, campaigns, brand, customer partner care-abouts.
Specific Responsibilities:
Project Manage and deliver source documentation for partner materials, and content development for Region/Country Sales Teams
Project manages and delivers GTM campaign assets for partner programs
Develop a communications plan template to support partner sales plays
Coordinate with partner marketing manager on the execution and development of marketing priorities and strategies and execute and deliver deliverables on time and on budget
Collaborate with partner stakeholder groups to define specific, measurable goals for partners, then define the strategies and identify the tactics to ensure that Services Partner components are built into and fairly represented
Knowledge of Cisco products, solutions and markets desirable
Leveraging Marketing Communications skills to achieve sales readiness and business results
Ability to identify priorities and deliver tangible results using sound business practices
Develop "trusted partner" relationship with Product Marketing/Marketing Programs teams
Synthesize internal messages from multiple sources and make relevant for partner audiences
Plan and track all programs, as well as launch related assets and deliverables
Manage the work of external vendors when necessary
Manage Success Metrics: Establish measurable goals and objectives for deliverables and report out on overall success of partner sales play
Skills:
7+ years' experience executing against partner marketing and/or communications strategies
Project management skills
Experience with marketing communications to partners strongly preferred
Familiarity with networking technology and industry. Prior Cisco experience required.
Proven success working on cross-functional, cross-cultural and virtual teams
Experience creating and delivering marketing communications deliverables
Experience with marketing asset/content production required
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and work with corporate review teams to ensure brand compliance
Excellent project/external vendor management, time management and prioritization skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; WebEx and Smartsheet knowledge a plus
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
RATE:
D.O.E; as W-2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available
LOCATION:
Remote/WFH. Candidates with recent prior Cisco experience may work fully offsite/remotely/telecommute. No phone calls please.
