Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking an experienced full-time Webinar Program Manager for our clients in the San Francisco Bay Area. The ideal candidate will have experience managing webinar programs for B2B technology companies. <br /><br /> We are seeking someone who is detail oriented, a true project manager, with the ability to develop relationships and uncover new business within client accounts. Someone who is both a project lead and account manager. The Webinar Program Manager will need to have a working knowledge of webinar technologies such as Cisco/WebEx, Adobe Connect, ON24, INXPO) and will be responsible for managing the webinar program plan which will consist of interfacing with clients, scoping their webinar needs, estimating and tracking to client budgets, and traffic management of webinar producers. <br /><br /> Crawford Group helps marketing and event organizations perform at their peak. We partner with leaders to understand what's keeping them up at night, and then we create a plan, bring in experts, and start racking up results. This position has opportunity for growth and advancement within the Crawford Group account team.<br /><br /> Responsibilities: <br /><br /> * Participate in program scoping and planning meetings with client<br /><br /> * Write proposals for each webinar program and gain budget approval from client<br /><br /> * Track webinar series and budgets for each client and provide monthly reporting<br /><br /> * Traffic manage all new webinar requests and assign producers and communicate assignments<br /><br /> to client <br /><br /> * Manage time associated with programs against actuals and provide updates to clients as<br /><br /> needed regarding scope change requests<br /><br /> * Oversee program managers and producers to ensure Outlook invites have been sent to<br /><br /> presenters and key contributors, providing key session details and login instructions<br /><br /> * Weekly development updates and delivery of registration reports to client<br /><br /> * Escalate technical issues to Client Team Lead as needed/required<br /><br /> * Develop onboarding process for new producers and work closely with technical leads to ensure<br /><br /> all best practices are met by new producers<br /><br /> Skills: <br /><br /> * 3-5 years of experience in an account manager role, agency experience strongly preferred <br /><br /> * Knowledge of webinars program offerings and delivery process <br /><br /> * Strong customer service skills<br /><br /> * Ability to define programs and scope time requirements<br /><br /> * Strong project management<br /><br /> * Attention to detail<br /><br /> * Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly. Understanding workflow processes.<br /><br /> * Ability to troubleshoot issues with technical teams<br /><br /> * Strong leadership, managing people and clients<br /><br /> * PM certifications a plus<br /><br /> * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business <br /><br /> Pay:<br /><br /> * D.O.E., w2 as a full time/salaried employee of Crawford Group (benefits available)<br /><br /> Location:<br /><br /> * Mix of various client offices/locations for sales meetings plus some onsite at Crawford Group office in Campbell, CA.
