Location : Madison, WI

Duration : 05/28/2012 to 06/30/2012

Rate : $50-55/hr on C2C

 

 

Job Description

This resource will be working on the Educator Licensing Online (ELO) project in Teacher Education, Professional Development and Licensing area.
Qualified candidates must possess:
- strong business analyst skills, minimum 8+ years of experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- experience in leading testing effort including writing user acceptance test scripts
- experience in facilitating business process redesign sessions with users
- experience in working through significant change and helping users through the change
- works well on a team but is self directed and takes initiatives to get work done
Preferred:
- previous experience in state agency
- previous experience implementing a vendor solution for a client
Other Abilities/Skills:
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works well under pressure
- Can synthesize a wide range of opinions and provide the best approach to move forward
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
