Marketing Coordinator – West Coast

Seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the firm's marketing communications team and attorneys, with a focus on web, new media channels and collateral communications.

Fragomen seeks an organized, detail-oriented, self-starter who possesses the ability to work effectively under pressure. Candidate must be highly motivated, have superior communication and organizational skills, and a high level of dedication and discipline. Must have an eye for detail and organization, and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. The marketing coordinator position will support the Marketing Department's communications and social media efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will:

•Assist with the preparation and development of marketing campaigns on various new media channels.
•Assist in facilitation of development, editing and posting of firm video clips, blogs and related content.
•Track success and failure of various new media-related initiatives
•Provide support and assist with the writing, editing and proofreading of firm marketing collateral, including existing and new attorney biographies, practice descriptions, brochures and other marketing related communications.
•Assists with the production and mailing of marketing materials, both through hard copy and electronic distribution.
•Provides additional support to the department as needed including event support, data entry, media kit preparation, client proposal and presentation support, and other tasks as needed.
Specific Requirements:

•Bachelor´s degree in marketing, communications or related field.
•2-4 years marketing communications experience in corporate/professional services environment. Law firm experience and/or specific experience working on marketing communications and social media(for business) strongly desired.
•Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance competing demands and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional services environment.
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively at all levels in person, by phone and by email.
•Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple and diverse projects simultaneously.
•Ability to think strategically as well as tactically.
•Knowledge of web-based technologies and Internet marketing.
•Skilled in a variety of technology tools, including Microsoft Office, research programs, databases, intranet and client relationship management databases.
•Experience with Apple O/S and Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
•Assumes responsibility for projects and follows through to completion.
•Ability to provide information and respond to requests for assistance with courtesy and tact.
•Must be a team player as well as self-motivated and committed to excellence in the workplace.
