Title: Solutions Marketing Manager - Utility Industry
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
We are currently seeking for a Marketing Manager to develop marketing programs and collateral. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to build and implement solution
marketing strategies and actionable plans including market analysis, solution messaging, sales enablement, competitive positioning and measuring marketing effectiveness. Must be able to strategically influence, leverage and partner with theater and solutions marketing teams to execute the plan, gather feedback and measure
results.
You will drive incremental revenue and preference through the development of customer-focused marketing programs and
sales enablement materials.
Core Deliverables include:
Compelling value propositions for electric utility Line of Business leaders with supporting proof points; Sales and partner materials that demonstrate customer ROI, business value, and productivity improvements that reduce barriers to sale. Create content for enablement and education of customers, sales and partners
Skills Required:
Excellent communicator, with a track-record of successful teamwork, good judgment and execution. Experience in creating and driving portfolio marketing campaigns. Proven ability to assess market position and customer needs, translate product line priorities
and roadmap into portfolio vision and differentiation. Strong solutions-oriented thinking essential. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and successfully across multiple teams and peer organizations. Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
Five plus years combined marketing and technology experience required.
Prior work experience with or strong understanding of electric utility industry preferred.
MBA preferred
