This position will drive the global benefits strategy, including wellness. Evaluate benefits programs offered in the US, Europe and Asia to ensure we provide innovative county-specific programs in the 20+ countries in which we have operations that allow us to attract and retain key talent while ensuring the programs are compliant, competitive and delivered in a cost effective manner. Manage the U.S Annual Health and Welfare Open Enrollment Process. Continually assess our benefit plans in light of emerging legislative, social and business trends and make recommendations for changes to benefit programs to better meet the changing needs of the business and its employees in alignment with the Global Benefits Strategy. Serve as advisor to the 401(k) Committee and manage the 401(k) Plan and Third Party providers to ensure plan is run in compliance with legal requirements and best governance practices. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Global Benefits and Employee Mobility team to ensure team members provide exceptional communication and customer service to HR Business Partners and employees. Evaluate benefits administration systems and processes, immigration services and relocation programs, identify areas for continuous process improvement, and implement appropriate changes. Evaluate processes for potential outsourcing; conduct RFPs as needed, vendor selection, and implementation. Partner with Legal and Finance to ensure programs are compliant, properly budgeted and funded. Partner with Finance to streamline and improve benefits funding and payment processes. Partner with regional benefits teams to ensure benefits are in compliance with statutory requirements, track renewals, and make plan recommendations in line with local best practices. Develop benefit communications plans to improve employee understanding and to meet employee participation objectives in key benefits programs. Ensure the company's benefits and mobility intranet sites are maintained and up to date. Manage the benefits program spend in line with the overall corporate allocation budget and with the benefits consulting/projects budget. Oversee and assess the services and performance of benefits consultants, brokers, third party administrators and other vendors/providers. Assist with expansion into new countries and possible M&A activities. Develop and mentor the Global Benefits and Mobility team to ensure high levels of performance via goal setting, performance feedback, training, development and coaching as needed.

Minimum of a Bachelors degree and 15 years of proven experience in HR/Benefits, including Benefits Strategy, Plan Design, Cost Management and Analysis. Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years international benefits experience. CEBS a plus. Excellent knowledge of the financial and key contractual drivers of benefit program costs. Proficient in retirement plan governance and administration, global legislation, and US compliance including ERISA, HIPAA, Section 125, etc. Keen understanding of benefits program administration processes and systems. Proven track record of streamlining administration processes, gaining scale economies through program administration consolidation, reducing costs, and increasing quality of benefits and mobility programs. Experience managing a global benefits and mobility team. Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills; SAP experience is a plus.HR experience at a large global high tech company is preferred. Demonstrated ability to identify, design and implement business process improvements.Project management experience is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, constantly changing environment . Ability to manage at a strategic level but operate at a hands on level as needed
