[KITlist] VP for Tech Focused PR Agency (San Jose, CA)

Please direct your responses to: george@gmrecruiter.com

We are looking to add a senior member to an outstanding team of PR professionals at a boutique tech focused agency. The new hire can be either a VP or Director (Director = 8-10 years exp, and the VP 10+ years ). The firm has 15 employees and 80-85% of your business is B2B tech. You also do some consumer tech/consumer products work. Your motivation for going to work every day is you are genuinely enthralled by tech and the challenges and opportunities social media offers your clients.

The ideal candidate will be someone in the San Jose area, for whom a commute isn't an issue. A collaborative, driven self starter, of course someone with strong previous agency experience is desired. If you have the background I am seeking, 10-12 years experience (no more, no less), strong solid agency and a stable work history, then we should talk. I cannot call everyone who applies so apologies now. Only candidates with the appropriate PR background need apply. Let´s talk about your motivation, what you want in a new job. How you play well with others. Your history of new business development....and yes.....where you see yourself in 5-10 years! :)

I am a recruiter enlisted to help these good people find their top talent. I am in SF and be prepared for the fact that if we talk and your resume looks sharp and appropriate, I will need to meet you. Thanks so much for your time. George Matthews
