In this highly visible, dynamic role reporting to the Director of WW Retail Marketing, you will be responsible for managing the NA Retail channel marketing. This involves working at length with the NA Retail Sales team to develop promotion strategies and tactics that achieve sales goals, as well as creating value-add, integrated marketing and branding campaigns with top Retail accounts. This person will manage budget and other resources to ensure these goals and objectives are met. Specific responsibilities include:
• Define, deliver, and drive the NA Retail Marketing strategies and execution plans to meet bookings goals and objectives
• Work collaboratively with the others in Sales, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure that we develop and execute truly effective customer acquisition programs
• Manage the NA Retail Marketing budget and deliver profitable programs and campaigns
• Drive the creation of thought leadership content & best practices for the NA Retail sales team
EXPERIEENCE /SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Experience with technology retailers, like Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, Sam's Club, Office Depot, OfficeMax, Staples, and Fry's Electronics.
• Demonstrated track record of success in delivering marketing campaigns that have high impact, and appropriate results
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
• Proven background in Retail marketing, demonstrating exceptional leadership, management and communication skills, broad operating expertise and sound strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to manage and utilize marketing funds effectively for maximum ROI
• High energy level, with a bias for action and accountability
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills necessary to drive and lead channel marketing initiatives
• A highly driven individual who is a creative thinker with high level of energy
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
Note that position may require 25% travel
