Very Thorough Understanding of the s/w development life cycle.
- Very Strong Communication and Management skills; Prior experience and Ability to carve out Plans for large scale projects and execute them to completion successfully
- Develop strong and compelling project plans, communication plans, Risks mitigation, software delivery life cycle management
- Should be able to understand the business and technical terms and coordinate with the business and the technology team
- Prior working experience in J2EE based technologies (Springs, Hibernate, Struts, Web services) and Web services is NICE TO HAVE
- Must have led large teams with third party involvement as well
- Ability to transform the business requirement into functional/technical specs, Ensure coding and testing is in line with the requirements.
- Create project plans; Issue resolution, drafting and tracking based on laid out project plan.
- Maturity in handling escalations, Managing Stakeholder's expectations
- Defect management, Root cause analysis, ability to deep dive into the technical details and provide debugging solutions.
- BA experience preferred
