The Channel & Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, executing and measuring strategies and tactics designed to generate demand and support sales growth goals across Atlona's global business units and market areas in the residential and commercial audio/video markets. This highly-engaged sales-focused role will drive impactful, high quality execution of all elements of the demand generation mix including MDF and co-op programs, sales promotions, customer communications, strategic partnerships and alliances as well as promotion of service, support, training and customer loyalty programs. As a key member of the Global Marketing team, this position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and partners daily with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage and execute global channel sales and marketing programs, promotions and related strategies in partnership with Sales teams targeting distributors, dealers, reps, key accounts. Support management MDF, promotions and sales/marketing across Atlona key accounts and partners.
• Work collaboratively with the Sales team to manage activities focused on growing sales and generating existing and new business leads and opportunities.
• Manage Atlona Partner Portal website, ensuring online content, communications and tools are developed and aligned with customer and partner needs and maintained.
• Partner with Sales and Product Management to define messaging and translate into sales tools, including web content, sales literature, presentations, videos, email, tradeshows and partner events
• Partner with Sales teams to establish objectives and create tools to measure and build ROI on programs, promotions and launches.
• Develop and execute email and website campaigns to drive online demand generation, customer data collection and lead nurturing programs.
• Develop and execute partner loyalty programs and direct marketing campaigns to span suite of products and services
• Manage marketing support for tradeshows, partner events, trainings, webinars
• Budget management and expense forecasting .
• Approx. 20-30% travel, primarily to customer/partner engagement opportunities, tradeshows and related events

Qualifications
• 5+ years channel marketing and partner management experience in residential and commercial audio/video industry sales channels.
• Solid experience managing and deploying sales and marketing promotions, training programs, incentives campaigns, loyalty programs and product launches
• Strong familiarity with marketing automation, lead-generation, surveying and CRM tools and systems – Netsuite, SalesForce, Pardot, SurveyMonkey and similar
• Manage development and content for sales literature, presentations, partner advertising, and similar deliverables
• Excellent copywriting and messaging development capabilities
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams inclusive of marketing, sales, product management and external customers and partners
• Strong project and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Strong team collaboration and partnering skills experience
• Global/international marketing programs experience ideal
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related, equivalent field of study or equivalent years' experience
