Job Summary
Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst-Contract who will provide expert advice/consulting services to HR Partners and management within applicable client groups. Facilitates and/or provides strategic solutions to compensation issues. *Note: This is a 6 month contract position.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Market pricing and job evaluation on a large scale for positions primarily in the IT business group (may also include other business units).
• Lead cyclical merit and bonus processes ensuring compensation tool meets user needs, is thoroughly tested, leads data integrity review and training/deployment to spreadsheet owners.
• Prepare analysis to present to the business leader(s) including executive summaries and analysis for approval.
• Create accurate and timely payroll upload/data files on payment.
• Participate in post implementation/lessons learned, obtaining feedback from key stakeholders and recommending process/program efficiencies and changes.
• Determine appropriate benchmark matches and other data parameters for participation in the completion of salary survey submissions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 6+ years' of compensation/financial experience.
• CCP preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office products, with advanced proficiency in Excel, including charts, graphs, pivot tables and other advanced capabilities.
• Experience market pricing jobs (including international locations) using multiple surveys (focus on IT roles a plus).
• Experience leading job evaluations, survey methodology and analysis (focus on IT roles a plus).
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy is essential.
• Must be flexible to work on multiple, high priority items, within fast-pace environment with tight deadlines.
• Prefer ADP, PeopleSoft or other HRIS software experience.
• Requires a strong degree of analytical ability.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with and present to all levels of management.
