The primary focus of the National Market Director-Home Modalities (NMD) is to increase awareness within the medical community of Satellite Healthcare's home modality offerings as well as retain and build the company's patient and physician base. This position will play a key role in designing future strategic market initiatives related to home modalities and services, determine appropriate go-forward market strategies based on a deep understanding of our communities and proprietary/competitive data derived from building strong business relationships in the renal industry to identify new opportunities for growth, and be responsible for achieving annual goals around patient census. This includes analyzing market competitors, patient census, physician, hospital relations and promotion tactics, managing the marketing strategy nationally for home program growth, creating and developing marketing outreach plans for regional areas by involving appropriate operations and growth team leaders, and creating marketing campaigns/initiatives for events that will increase exposure to end-user audience and maximize participation. Additionally, will be tasked with working collaboratively with various functions across the organization, including operations, medical affairs, growth and in-center modalities leaders to achieve brand recognition, patient/physician growth and retention results, serving as a company subject matter marketing expert on home therapy offerings; and supporting the design, development and implementation of existing and new service lines collateral.

Successful candidates will be well-organized, highly motivated and detail-oriented with a Bachelor's degree (in Marketing, Business or Health Communications preferred), ten years of medical marketing or sales experience and knowledge of event coordination and driving brand awareness to acquire and retain renal patients. Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to conduct marketing campaigns, communicate complex topics to a wide audience and handle multiple and shifting tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, requires a collaborative work style, ability to handle confidential information discretely, work as part of a cross-functional team and a positive, pro-active customer service approach, strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, mapping software and Outlook, and a willingness to learn Adobe In-design (or similar software packages). Experience with database concepts, search engines and standard information databases is required, as are flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends and to travel 30% of the time.
