You are a creative and passionate recruiter focused on providing excellent customer service and building the YuMe brand. You proactively engage and build relationships with candidates and Hiring Managers. Your deep knowledge of your client's business and hiring needs help you effectively match candidates with the roles ensuring a happy employee.
Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on supporting Marketing, Account Management, G&A among others.
Work with recruiting team members to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy.
Partner closely with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
Source, Engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
Maintain pipeline activity, candidate status and performance metrics on a regular basis
Drive the offer process including closing candidates
Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the YuMe recruiting team
Desired Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in a corporate environment
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service to internal and external partners and clients
Patient, communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
Past experience working in the Ad tech space a plus
Able to in work in a fast-paced environment and work with all levels of management
