Social Media Community Manager

40 hours a week. 4 days on-site at 505 Howard St., SF.

Publishing

(Twitter (3), Linkedin, YouTube, Slideshare, Tumblr)

· Handle day-to-day publishing and management of social channels 
· Content Syndication
o Curate relevant content (brand and 3rd party) to reach the company's ideal customers.
o Support corporate marketing campaigns through content syndication plans and publish according to plans
o Publish posts daily to channels as outlined in the Channel Objectives and Guidelines document
o Publish social media calendar with "fixed" items and proactively identify time-sensitive opportunities.
o Tag posts in Sprinklr for reporting purposes
 o Upload and manage content on YouTube and monitor comments
 o Upload and manage content on Slideshare and monitor comments
o Curate/create images for posts.
o Curate 3rd party content and vet with SMEs (subject matter experts)

Enablement for Employees
· Prepare social content for employee advocates
· Distribute content

Community Management
· Engagement and monitoring
o Become an advocate for the Company in Social Media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
o Use Sprinklr for monitoring and engagement
o Monitor brand mentions and search queries
o Respond to comments and actively advocate for the brand.

o Ensure consistency in "voice" and cultivate engagement using professional copywriting and communication skills

o Perform internal triage on questions with stakeholders/SMEs

o Liaise with stakeholders to ensure moderation efforts are aligned with company needs, requirements and objectives

o Adhere to a 4-hr first-response SLA.

o Engage in dialogue with fans and subscribers where appropriate

Reporting

· Report on metrics and make recommendations to help further boost awareness of brand and engagement

· Analyze engagement metrics and optimize publishing

· Gather data for reports

Social Media Operations

· Account Inventory

o Maintain up-to-date information on inventory document

· Passwords

o Maintain passwords document

Rebranding

· Refresh profile graphics where necessary in alignment with Neustar brand

Qualifications and Experience

· 3-5 years experience leading brand voice, content creation and or social platforms for brands.

· Experience with Sprinklr or other SM management systems like Percolate, Spredfast, Adobe, Oracle, Sprout Social, Hootsuite Enterprise, Shoutlet.

· Strong writing skills demonstrated via social posts and other written work

· Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.

· Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples).

· Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.

· Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side; fluency in social analytics and converting quantitative signals into strategy and action.

· Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Google+Local, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.

· Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and graphical format.

· Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (i.e.: creative, content, pr teams)· Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
· Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues.

It doesn't hurt to have:
· Sprinklr experience will be given priority.,
· Experience working for B2B companies, particularly enterprise software.

· Additional technology prowess (photo editing, video, design, chat apps)
