Field Marketing Manager – Americas/Public Sector (San Jose, CA)
We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager for a contract role within an Education services group within a global high technology company. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for the Americas regional marketing strategy development and integrated marketing execution. A key part of this role is marketing to and partnering with US government on programs. This role requires close collaboration with corporate marketing teams and sales teams in plan and execute marketing programs.
This is a 40 hour per week; ongoing contract role (with 3 month contracts) in San Jose, CA. This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for localizing the Global field marketing strategy and execution plans to the Americas region (largest market is the US), including government programs, email campaigns, social media, events, etc.
• Accountable for the optimization of the marketing mix, by country and region to deliver the KPIs and sales targets.
• Engage and work collaboratively with all corporate level Marketing functions to plan leverage central activities and adapt effectively for the local markets
• Work with partners to grow business
Requirements:
• 5+ years of field marketing experience (B2B or B2C), within global high tech companies
• Experience marketing to and with the US government (educational/training programs) (preferred)
• Proven responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing strategy localized campaign activities across multiple regions, industry verticals and languages
• Excellent stakeholder management and able to draw commitment from all levels of the business.
• Bachelor degree
