We are looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial partner channel manager with experience and relationships in the GPS/Telematics/Fleet Tracking industry.

The National Channel Manager (NCM) position is for a best in-class field sales professional who is proficient in new partner acquisition, hunter sales skills through channel sales partners, and has a proven track record in high-growth stage companies. The NCM reports to the Head of Sales, and is accountable for achieving the business plan for the United States by recruiting, training, co-selling and supporting channel partners. This position requires up to 60% travel through within the United States.
Key responsibilities for this dynamic role include:
• Exceed assigned sales objectives
• Possess strong market knowledge in the fleet tracking space
• Be a key player in developing the channel partner strategy and objectives
• Recruit highly engaged and capable sales partners
• Drive incremental sales activity through the execution of a defined channel program
• Train partners and their sales teams on the FleetUp solution and how to demonstrate the application
• Deliver top notch solution demonstrations and drive other sales actions necessary to assist the sales partner in closing the sale.
• Strong business acumen to understand partner business operations and help them organize their business for ultimate FleetUp sales success
• Possess knowledge and experience in SaaS based ROI selling
• Lead joint partner planning sessions that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
• Ensures partner compliance with programs, policies (i.e. rules of engagement) and procedures
• Provide feedback on market, competition and product needs internally and cross-functionally
Required Skills Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years' experience in the GPS/Fleet Tracking/Telematics space
• 3+ years' experience supporting channel partners
• Experience in developing relationships and gaining trust quickly
• Experience selling SaaS in a B2B environment
• Proven success record of exceeding target, demonstrated aptitude for inside sales, and strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in building a channel program from the ground up is a plus
