We are looking for a writer for a contract role at a global high tech company. The writer will be responsible for creating technical marketing materials such as white papers, datasheets, presentations and other documentation, for an IoT development platform. Prior experience with creating in depth technical marketing materials for cloud, analytics or big data solutions would be highly preferred.
This is a 40 hours per week, 6 month project (extensions likely), onsite in San Ramon, CA. W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions' employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
• Create technical marketing documents, such as white papers and datasheets, targeted to developers and technical audiences
• Work with internal teams to develop and deliver technical documents through the review and publishing process.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of technical writing experience for cloud, analytics, or big data solutions.
• Proven ability to create in depth technical white papers with illustrations and sample codes.
• Strong ability to interface with engineers and product management teams.
• Strong technical aptitude to learn new solutions and technologies.
