Featured Position: Staffing Associate
Location: Danville, CA
Duration: Fulltime
Salary Range: $40-45K base DOE ($45-80K OTE)

Our business services include sourcing and placement, employee retention strategies, training workshops and career advising.
Position Summary: Collegial Services is looking to add a Staffing Associate to our team. This versatile and driven individual should be passionate about the "college to career" transition. We work in a startup, boutique environment that rewards results. The right candidate should be able to move seamlessly from talking technical support with one candidate to discussing biomedical engineering with another.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
• Creating communities of candidates to continuously identify talent.
• Understanding client's requirements to make matches based on skills and company culture.
• Marketing highly qualified professionals to hiring managers.
• Love of social media - we leverage Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and more to do our job.
• Responding quickly and with urgency.
• Flawless writing and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Perk: Uncapped commission
Essential/Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent written and verbal correspondence
• Comfortable making new relationships
• Demonstrated track record of success in a sales or business development role.
