Job Description
Responsible for performing research and providing insights regarding the market, trends, competitors, potential and existing customers, and current campaigns.
Reporting will you be your primary function; analysis will be secondary. The ideal candidate will have the ability to assist in and ensure the completion of the roll-up phase.
What you'll be doing:
• Pivot, write if-then statements, use v-lookups etc, and understand basic flat file data in Excel
• Be able to understand basic email reporting metrics
• Take the time to understand the metrics we trend
• Understand how to work with a naming convention
• Take basic charts and graphs out of Excel and slap them into PowerPoint – we'd agree on the segments and the views ahead of time
• Be comfortable working with data that may need a little clean up
What we're looking for:
• Experience in creating and delivering presentation reports to internal audiences.
• Strong background in data and analytics.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and as part of a team across many agencies, product groups, and countries.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Thoroughly knowledgeable of MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills; confidence presenting to groups of different sizes.
