About You:
You love a challenge, solving problems, and have a track record of getting things done in a competitive industry. You attended a top university, love technology and have a strong sense of delivering service with efficiency. You have digital advertising or growth marketing background, with at least a few years working client-side, and now you're excited to join a fast growing San Francisco startup.
What you'll do:
You'll join a company that's on the edge of massive growth, and be the one in the driver's seat. Once you're buckled in, you'll champion new and creative solutions that redefine the standard marketing track.
You'll work across a range of digital channels, including search, social and organic, to name a few, create captivating campaigns and constantly working to improve them. You'll use your analytical skills to synthesize data into meaningful actions that drive the company's growth.
Ideal candidate:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business or relevant field
Proven track record as a top performer at a high growth financial services company or startup. Agency experience also works, if coupled with relevant experience after agency life.
3-5 years of experience in either in a hands-on digital marketing role or in a marketing role at a world-class technology company, with metrics to boot.
Strong experience with Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Moz, email, marketing automation and the other tools of the trade
Can create a compelling marketing message in 25 characters / 35 characters / 35 characters
Love for marketplaces and technology - you love to read about startups, find thinking about product-market fit and UX exciting; enjoy thinking about technology solution to human problems; follow new trends in user behavior; and appreciate the power of new products to improve how we live.
You're comfortable with quickly building a story through data. No analysis paralysis, things are moving too fast.
Crazy organized - attention to detail is a must.
Brownie points:
Financial Services experience preferred; understanding of real estate and mortgage industry a plus.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Pardot
