Web Content Manager



Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG) is seeking a project manager to manage web content for international sites for a client company in San Jose. Our client has localized its website to Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and soon, Brazilian Portugese, French and German. Candidates must be able to prioritize, have excellent time management skills, and be able to manage multiple complex projects at a time.



Responsibilities and requirements:



-Define, execute, and measure customer-backed web initiatives, tests, and business strategies for the multi-lingual Ixia websites to drive conversion, revenue and lead growth.



-Partner closely with cross functional teams e.g. Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Regional Marketers to create effective and impactful web campaigns, landing pages, and flows based on deep customer insights



-Create strong processes and demonstrate effective project management skills to drive web execution cross-functionally across all multi-lingual web pages



-Establish metrics for success partnering with Marketing Operations and interprets campaign results and drives improvements



-Stay on top of competition and best of breed web sites bringing inspiration to the team from the outside



-Share best practices, test results and campaign results to develop digital savviness across teams.



-Identify risks and assess appropriate contingency plans; help teams respond to unexpected changes







Qualifications



-At least 3-4 years minimum of web marketing and product marketing experience (ideally at a technology B2B business)



-Driving results: a clear track record of delighting customers and driving dramatic growth through successful web marketing strategies and execution



-Analytical and problem solving orientation with clear examples of using data actively for targeting, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations



-Fluent in speaking Chinese, Japanese or Spanish strongly preferred



-Influences effectively within the organization with excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships to deliver outstanding results



- Bachelor's degree preferred



- Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, Drupal, and Google Analytics, familiarity with Lingotek



This is a full-time contract through the end of the year with the possibility of an extension.



Rate: $60 per hour (firm)
