This position is full-time and based in Scotts Valley, CA.
Job Description
The Marcom and Brand Marketing Manager will support integrated marketing and communication programs and activities, driving awareness and sales. This includes but is not limited to, product launches, value proposition/message development, trade shows and events, marcom leadership, brand stewardship, and channel/field account management.
Implement marketing plans and programs that support product roadmap and sales
Help drive integrated marketing programs
Drive content and creative asset development
Assist with messaging and copywriting
Liaise with internal and external agencies on creative execution of deliverables
Play a role in developing ideas for new campaigns to build demand and interest
Develop and execute channel and partner marketing plans and programs, including by-account marketing activities, budget management, and pre- and post-analysis (lift ROI)
Includes field communications and events, POP displays, sell-in kits and presentations, marketing toolkit and templates
Act as back-up point person for community marketing efforts, including social, blog and events as necessary
Support email marketing initiatives
Aid in ensuring consistent internal and external communication of the brand, messaging and tones throughout the customer journey
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing B2C, consumer electronics
BS Degree in Marketing or similar
Balance strategic thinking with tactical doing
Must be creative with strong writing and editing skills
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of the channel; both retail and multi-tier distribution
Flexible, can-do attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment
