Responsibilities:
Work closely with development teams to validate performance and load
Perform white box testing to pin point problem areas
Work with onsite and offshore teams to develop scripts and validate software
 
Mandatory Skills:
Clear understanding of performance and load testing concepts
Strong in Core Java and familiar with Junit and Jmeter. Experience in Multi threading and Synchronization techniques
Experience with Java profilers.
Able to monitor the performance of apps, OS on the performance metrics.
Good in catching issues. Should be able to get big picture and think out of the box
Experience in working with Linux
 
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of TestNg and Selenium
Understanding of Response stub
