Title: Data/HR Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA, RTP or Raleigh NC
Duration: 6 mos+ (renewable per quarter)
Requirements:
- 5+ years of total experience as a data analyst.
- Must be local to the RTP in Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA. You will need to work on-site at either location(s).
- Must be excellent at building models, spreadsheets, excel sheets (including pivot tables)
- Experience in building a model for the Management metrics center
- Lead to define data and help create dashboards by meeting with compliance clients
- Experience with data analysis, in general. Data analysis experience does not need to be specific to finance or compensation/HR.
- MS Access experience, building databases and reporting
Role:
- To plan and develop analyses and reports using spreadsheet (Excel) and database (Access).
- Take existing tools and refine/improve for better capability, productivity and data integrity.
- Lead projects with business partners to create reporting dashboards and reports.
