Internal Communications Contractor
Our Bay Area financial services client is looking for a Communications Specialist with strong Internal Communications experience . The Senior Communications Specialist will be responsible for communicating changes going on within the newly formed ultrahigh net worth division. This is a 3 mos. project to support this ultra-high net worth Internal Communications team.
Responsibilities:
Drive internal and change management communication
Write for a variety of media (web,print,email,presentations)
Develop and execute communication plans with consistent messaging
Analyze complex challenges and develop solutions
Contractor will support the ongoing internal communications needs of this Bay Area firm. Through the use of their intranet tool- Sharepoint- contractor will be responsible for driving and managing the content of various communication pieces, to include, but not limited to a quarterly news letter, a live news feed, success stories, announcements, and best practices.
Requirements:
3-5 yrs. Communications experience
Experience with process change communication
Strong writing ,editing skills and grammatical skills
Ability to self-manage with little supervision
Creative thinker
Strong project management skills
Strong partner and team player
Highly organized
Ability to effectively function in a fast paced environment
Preferred background:
BS- Marketing/Communications plus
Ad Agency experience plus
Ultra high networth marketing experience
Highly proficient in full Microsoft Word suite , especially Power Point
Experience with InDesign or Publisher a plus
Term: 3 mos contract with possibility of going full time.
