As part of Crimson's Products and Markets Services, Consultant needed to lead the Loyalty Marketing team for our Enterprise level client. The Loyalty Marketing team is responsible for developing customer loyalty and increasing the lifetime value for customers. The leader of Loyalty Marketing will oversee the CRM and installed base marketing, as well as managing e-commerce programs and activities.
Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive customer lifecycle program
•Create promotional and customer database segmentation test plans
•Work with cross functional business partners, including web, marcom and external vendor team members, to deliver offers, creative content and customer data on time
•Manage and deliver a seamless and engaging customer experience
•Develop best practices in email, testing, and customer interaction principles
•Oversee the e-commerce programs and day-to-day activities
•Measure and improve registration and associated customer lifecycle programs
Must Have:
•Minimum 10+ years of CRM and e-Commerce experience in a fast paced corporate environment
•Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex data sets into actionable plans
•Experienced in building loyalty programs, campaigns and customer list acquisitions
•Solid understanding of customer database segmentation and loyalty offers
•BA or BS Degree required (MBA preferred)
Location: Cupertino (on-site, full-time)
Duration: 3-6 months
