Skills
• Strong background in defining and executing marketing strategy and plan including situational analysis, opportunities analysis, strategy to action and budget planning
• Experience in defining and executing a message strategy as foundation for our marketing strategy
• Event coordination and management
• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance and set priorities
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of website design and content management
• Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytic skills related to web optimization and SEO
• Strong background in SEO/SEM, social media and new media

Daily/weekly duties
• Development and refinement of key marketing strategies for industry and solution focus
• Understand, deliver and refine messaging and value propositions
• Monitor and report on statistics and results for web site, including usability, engagement and traffic
• Actively manage SEO and SEM reporting results to executive team
• Lead web content efforts including acquisition of content and creation where needed
• Manage and monitor ongoing marketing projects
Monthly/quarterly duties
• Reporting and analysis of overall messaging
• Monitor and recommend changes to media budgets, including SEO, advertising, promotion, etc..
• Coordinate with SAP marketing to ensure we are leveraging SAP in market activity
• Present quarterly marketing results and go forward plan at QBR's
