Full time position with a software reseller and professional services organization. This role is responsible for all aspects of lead generation related to marketing and campaign management. This includes the development, execution, monitoring and analysis of all campaigns and tactics across multiple media, including phone, web, email, mailers and other appropriate media. Incumbent will partner across several teams inside and outside the company, including SAP, agency, and extended business partners to obtain appropriate "offers" and messaging, as well as ensuring alignment with key stakeholders. This person will have autonomy over the design and launch of all lead generation campaigns and will provide objective analysis to extended and senior leadership team. Success will be guided by clear objectives for each campaign with a learning plan to support constant improvement.

• Multi touch campaign development and execution
• Proficient at developing, measuring and analyzing campaigns and tactics against KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Proficient at use of excel and PowerPoint
• Development and management of project plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities/initiatives
• Strong ability to understand lead generation process and interpret lead qualification metrics such as BANT
• Knowledge of Marketo a plus
• Good design sense is important

Daily / weekly duties
• Launch a new campaign tactic into market each week
• Monitor and evaluate all campaign activities at the tactic and campaign level
• Report on results and learnings and make recommendations on changes needed
• Partner with Inside Sales to understand what is gaining traction
Monthly / quarterly duties
• Prepare and maintain a marketing campaign calendar, collaborate with sales
• Identify conferences and events for marketing alignment and sponsorship
• Prepare and maintain a marketing budget
• Support Conference attendance with marketing support
