We are looking for an experienced and talented Mobile and Web Designer, that knows the ropes and can work collaboratively with clients and solution engineers to build engaging and successful web based and mobile applications.

Job Description: Responsibilities include everything from branding to UI layout. This position consist roughly of 60% web and mobile UI design, 20% branding & graphic design, 20% proofing and presentation.

- Collaborate with business and technical owners to create dynamic, visually effective solutions.
- Inspire, create & design interactive concepts and compositions.
- Create master design templates and tangible visual design UI elements.
- Design solutions that meet both user needs and product strategy requirements.
- Contribute to the overall creativity and quality of our products.
- Knowledge of 2D graphic and interactive design.
- Work closely with engineers to create, iterate upon and finalize delivery of polished, professional graphic assets.
- Quick sketching and concept experience.
- Communicate and coordinate timelines between departments.
- Keep up-to-date in the latest developments in mobile interface design.
- Manage work flow and productivity in accordance with product schedules, budgets, and creative goals.

Skills and Capabilities Requirements:
- Bachelor´s Degree Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related discipline.
- 5+ years experience in Visual Design for Web and/or Mobile UI.
- Strong skills in Fireworks, Photoshop, and InDesign or other design tools.
- Knowledge of Usability best-practices for web and mobile applications.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS, Javascript and AJAX, HTML 5 a plus.
- Must be able to identify gaps and friction points that contribute to a poor user experience (cross-browser issues, cross-platform issues)
- Ability to understand and translate customer needs and provide great user experiences
- Ability to Collaborate with multiple teams
- Willingness to work onsite at Tacpoint offices to engage in collaborative working sessions.
