Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a full time Acquisition Integration (AI) Employee Experience Program Manager for an ongoing assignment with our client in San Jose, CA. This is a very strategic role, requiring both Acquisition Integration and Human Resources experience. The consultant will drive strategy as well as program manage execution: must be very detail-oriented, high energy, highly motivated and fast on their feet!

The AI Employee Experience Program Manager will play a key role as part of a team that drives employee on-boarding integration via management best practices and consulting methods. Must have great communications skills including the ability to negotiate and facilitate with a diverse group of stakeholders. It is necessary that the consultant be a strategic thinker but also possess strong program management skills.


Specific responsibilities include:


* Act as the Integration Management Office (IMO) Liaison for Employee Onboarding, Employee Enablement, Organizational Design & Development (OD&A), and Experience

* Ensures successful execution of methodology steps according to Corporate Development Integration (CDI) standards

* Includes coaching, training and quality assurance, and support of the Employee Onboarding Lead, Employee Enablement Coordinating Lead, Experience Lead and the OD&A Lead, to complete the methodology deliverables

* Responsibilities as Liaison for Employee Onboarding

* ​Provide additional focus and advisory support of the Day 1 Employee Onboarding deliverables

* Assist in the detailed planning associated with Employee Onboarding activities not tied to company start date, including functional and executive onboarding, orientation, training, culture, etc

* Assist with the development of the Employee Onboarding Plan of Record (POR) deliverable for Phase 1 and Phase 2, including providing advisory support and input for Phase 1 and Phase 2 Employee Onboarding plans

* Assist in the detailed planning associated with Phase 3 and Phase 4 of the Employee Onboarding plan, including supporting the planning of cross-workstream dependencies and critical path activities

* Assist in EEWTW (Employee Enablement Walk the Wall) Phase 3 and Phase 4 Event , ensuring that plans, assumptions and ensure discussions are completed prior to Phase 3 and Phase 4 Events

* Responsibilities for IMO Liaison for Employee Enablement, OD&A and Experience

* ​Provide advisory support to the EE Coordinating Lead on the overall acquired company EE integration program

* Assist with the weekly Employee Enablement Steering Committee materials as needed

* Assist in the Operational Blueprint Planning, including review of the Operational Blueprints for completeness prior to Blueprint approval, verification against strategies and challenging impacts, and support of CDI Process Lead in planning and execution. Must facilitate cross-workstream alignment sessions as needed

* Assist in Walk the Wall Events, including support of the EE Coordinating Lead and the CDI Lead in planning, execution and facilitation, with all verifications and cross checks noted in bullet above

* Assist the Experience Lead in the discovery, strategy and planning for the NDS time-tracking tool solution

* Provide support and input on acquired company employee experience


Skills:


* 15+ years of combined corporate HR, mergers/acquisition integration or change management experience for at least one enterprise company

* Great communications skills including ability to negotiate and facilitate with different stakeholders

* Strategic thinker

* Strong Program Manager

* Exposure to organizational change management a plus+

* Previous Acquisition Integration experience required

* HR experience required

* Must be VERY detail oriented

* Looking for a driver/independent performer

* Bachelor's Degree


Rate: $3,600/week, as a w2 employee of Crawford Group; benefits available

Location: Fully onsite at client offices in San Jose, CA

Hours/duration: Full time, ASAP-ongoing (long term)
