Customer Service Orientated – Able to work directly with prospective clients to uncover, distinguish and understand their needs and then articulate those needs internally and to the customer.
Eager, adaptable and driven – You are upbeat, energetic and determined; you are not easily discouraged and seek to change a "No" to "Yes". You're ready to become a resource during presentations. You have the versatility and toughness that a fast-pace organization demands.
A "Sales-Person" – You have a proven track record of producing exceptional results while delivering past projects on-time and within budget. You are comfortable with Saleforce.com, understand the importance of good notes and their relationship to ensuring a great customer experience.
Independent and team-focused – You know how to work with a team, ask your co-workers for help/support and can collaborate… yet are individually driven and capable of setting your own goals.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing and performing solutions focused product and sale presentations/demonstrations using online webinar tools
• Conducting solution needs analysis while multi-task projects and creating RFPs for clients
• Leveraging LinkedIn, its groups and are able to "hunt" your own sales opportunities
• Using your knowledge and experience with our products to solved problems on behalf of clients needs and budget in order to close future sales
• Utilizing strong communication skills, leadership, and influence both internally and externally
• Becoming a productive member of the team within the first 30 days and being able to perform the job with minimal supervision
Requirements:
Interested individuals should have outstanding intellectual capability, maturity and judgment. Successful candidates will meet all of the following minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor´s degree with 2+ years of relevant client-facing role (such as: account management, or software sales) experienced with Software as a Service solution
• Strong customer service skills and able to manage multiple customer accounts positively
• Proven sales abilities, able to identify customer´s needs and positioning the solution to fit them
• Professional listening and communication skills – speaking (phone presence) and writing (emails to Salesforce.com notes)
• Well-organized, with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Able to work with clients within their time zones.
Preferred:
• A great sense of humor and a fun, upbeat attitude
• Ability to work with technical or functional audiences and to effectively translate technical information to non-technical individuals
• Previous experience within event, training/class or community management
• Prior experience in a demanding and dynamic software or start-up environment is a plus
• Prior experience in presenting and demoing SaaS-based solutions; experience with software integration experience; and able to deliver of a variety of complex technical projects involving web services-based integrations
• Nonprofit experience is highly desirable
