· unix / windows administration
· unix -> solaris/Linux or some unix flavor
· windows -> AD admin/ batch scripting
· shell scripting / perl scripting
· good knowledge of network attached storage like netapp/emc.
· good SAN knowledge (SAN storage / brocade / cisco fiber switches )
· good networking skills
· excellent communication skills and understanding the technology and customer architecture
