Affymetrix is looking for someone who can:
Manage the company stock options, restricted stock award, restricted stock units and ESPP plans (collectively "stock plans").
Coordinate enrollment, distribution and accounting of stock plans.
Maintain and updates records, forms, documents and processes related to stock plans.
Administer and communicate stock plans, programs, and policies.
Customer focused and addresses employee stock plan questions.
Prepares journal entry input and stock plan related monthly reconciliations.
Prepare information periodically for external reporting such as form 10-Q/K and proxy statements.
Support tax and accounting departments for stock admin related data required (for example forecasting).
Be tactful, diplomacy, sensitivity, and confidentiality in handling stock based compensation matters and must have the ability to work well under pressure, and the flexibility deal with change.
Requirements:
Bachelor´s Degree or equivalent and 5 to 7 years related experience.
Level II CEP certification preferred.
Experience with ESPP plan implementation preferred.
