LOOK Cycle USA, a subsidiary of LOOK Cycle INTERNATIONAL, the pioneer in clipless pedal technology and an industry leader in designing and manufacturing carbon fiber bicycle frames is currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to be based in our San Jose office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, strategic, sales and results oriented individual to make a large contributions towards a growing business. Primary responsibilities will include prospecting for new retail business, while managing existing accounts. In addition, you will support outside field sales partners for an assigned region. The inside sales representative will be the primary point of contact and responsible party for handling their customer inquiries and service requirements.
Essential Functions
• Achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Order entry, and managing customer sales orders.
• Develop and Build NEW customer relations while managing existing ones.
• Research and identify independent bicycle retailers to sell LOOK products.
• Initiate warranty claims; provide technical support, and aftermarket business sales/services.
• Attend tradeshows and assist in setup/merchandising, sales and order taking, and teardown.
• Plan and help develop individual and company sales and marketing campaigns.
• Report market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
• 2+ experience in the bicycle industry.
• Proven track record of sales growth and success.
• Superior understanding of an organization´s goals and objectives.
• Team player
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written.
• Excellent individual customer service skills.
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and to hit sales goals and deadlines.
• "Whatever it takes" attitude.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and grammatical skills.
