Role: Channel Operations Specialist
Location: SF Bay Area
Timeframe: Full time

Position Overview:
Channel Impact is seeking a full time Channel Operations Specialist to support our client's small business partner organization.
This is a W2 opportunity at Channel Impact.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Create and drive executive communications to key stakeholders throughout sales organizations
• Organize and consolidate content for monthly and quarterly business reviews in to a Power Point presentation.
• Collect key information from key global stakeholders
• Create templates and monthly informational newsletters
• Manage and maintain key relationships with stakeholders to build strong alliance to support sales teams, develop an understanding of the needs of the global sales organizations
• Be a Channel Operations Lead expert while engaging in a cross-functional team environment
• Support regular communication and social media Initiatives
• Other related projects as needed.
Skill Sets
• 5+ years of channel marketing/operations experience
• Past experience working in the channel for a high tech company is a plus
• Solid understanding of partner business models
• Previous web-marketing experience
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to manage activity and communication among a diverse group of stakeholders, internal and external.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint.).
• BS/BA degree or equivalent
