Do you have a passion for the success of your clients? How do you feel about being the face of a brand? Can you grow and build out a major program that will impact our business from top to bottom? If you are up to the challenge, we would love to meet you! The Advisory Program Analyst role is someone who will interact with some of our most valuable clients on a daily basis. Your job will be to guide them from when they post their first job to building a long lasting relationship with them throughout their time on Elance. We want to build long term relationships with our customers and you will be critical to developing those relationships with our key clients. Along the way, you will help build and refine our Advisory program to have meaningful impact on our bottom line.

Your Responsibilities

•Become an online work expert, coach and evangelist
•Help clients succeed by providing best practices, advising on how to use key features of our platform, guiding customers to their first online team on Elance, and monitoring their first projects to ensure that they have a positive experience
•Work with the marketing organization in creating and delivering educational content
•Listen and learn how clients experience our platform and provide product input
•Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the Elance platform and network
•Mobilize the talent acquisition, customer service and product teams to maximize client success
•Monitor the Advisory program and continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the program
•Measure success by the impact on key business metrics like bookings, billings, and customer satisfaction

Your Qualifications

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with great attention to detail
•3-5 years of consulting experience in a top consulting firm or account management experience
•Ability to multi-task and thrive in a very fast-paced environment
•A passion for helping small-to-medium businesses across the world to grow and succeed
•Comfortable managing a high daily volume of client phone calls and email/chat
•BS/BA degree with an excellent academic background required
