Senior Product Manager – CRM Telecom Vertical (Santa Clara, CA)

Responsibilities:


Product Strategy: Define and drive product strategy across platform, functionality, and integration. Create and execute product roadmap to achieve the business goals and strategy.  

Product Management: Deeply understand the technical and business needs of existing and target customers; define use cases, business processes, logical architecture, and detailed product requirements documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality.

Product Development: Lead and manage the product prototype development process and support strategic customers; provide the guidance to Engineering, Architecture, and UI teams to deliver great products to our customers.

Product Marketing: Act as product domain expert at all level customer interactions, and represent the voice of customers to internal teams. Partner with Marketing, Solutions, and Professional Services to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.

Desired Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Product Management or Solutions Architecture with a proven record of building great enterprise applications.

Experience in the Telecom Industry is required, and the qualified candidate needs to have in-depth understandings of Telecom carrier's requirements.

Work experience with major CRM providers or with CRM implementations in Telecommunication domain.

Functional and/or business understanding of Order Management domain.

Ability to grow a product from a concept, to plan and drive execution of go to market strategies.

Ability to thrive in a dynamical, entrepreneurial environment with focus on hands-on execution.

Excellent team player able to work with virtual, multi-cultural, global cross functional teams.

Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.

Excellent organizational skills, analytic capabilities, and attention to detail to facilitate a close relationship with engineer team.

Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
